Keep in mind that we need to manually process every order that we get. We live on Central European Time (CET) and usually respond within the hour from 08:00 until 23:00, even on weekends! No, a subscription is only possible to connect with one device at the same time. However you can use your IPTV subscription on as many devices as you want, as long as you only use it on one device simultaneously. If you need to have several connection possibilities on one subscription, this is possible with up to 5 simultaneous connections on one subscriptions, however this comes with a cost. Our services work with all current IPTV playing devices such as MAG boxes, Android boxes, PC, Enigma2 boxes (Dreambox, …), Apple TV or iPad/iPhone, Smartphone, LG TV, Samsung TV, Sony TV, …

No. The only reason that it wouldn’t work for you is if your internet connection isn’t fast enough or if you don’t have the necessary hardware/software to play our services. This is why we suggest to always start off with a 24h Trial to try out if our IPTV services are the right fit for you. If you choose to extend a 24h Trial with a minimum period of 1 month, the cost of the 24h Trial will be fully refunded.

Most of our channels are of very high quality. The Full HD channels can need a steady download speed of about 70 Mbit/s (8,75 MB/s), the lower quality SD channels need a download speed of about 10 Mbit/s (1,25 MB/s). We recommend an internet connection of at least 70 Mbit/s or 80 Mbit/s to enjoy our services without lagging.

This is possible and is sometimes known to happen in UK, The Netherlands, Germany or Sweden, however it is not very regularly. If you want to make sure whether our services work for you or whether your ISP might be blocking our signal, please try out our 24h Trial which will be fully refunded after extending with a minimum period of one month.

You can, however it needs to be a VPN with a dedicated, private IP. You’re not allowed to use a VPN that gives you a dynamic IP.
